The centrifugal spinning machinery includes two big kinds: DL1 (one pole each molding), DL2 (two poles each molding), which can support with concrete pole mould conforming to JC364 standard can mold the circumferential pre-stressed concrete pole and circumferential reinforced concrete pole. 2. Features of Machinery for Spun Concrete Pole
The centrifugal machine is main equipment producing circumferential concrete products of various diameters and lengths with centrifugal molding method. The centrifuge machine consists of riding wheel, bearing pedestal and so on, falling into three types; equipped with speed-regulating motor and controlling equipment, running steadily, the speed regulating range is wide, noise is low, the sealing degree of bearing is good. The whole machine groups are operated easily and safely; the base should be box-typed and welded with high-quality structural steel then planed as a whole. They are durable and easy to install.
The centrifugal spinning machine is necessary equipment manufacturing reinforced concrete pole. After the pole mold is installed with certain quantity of reinforcing skeleton and concrete, the centrifugal spinning machine will drive the pole mold revolving from slow to fast. The concrete will adsorb tightly on the inner wall of steel mould after a certain time of bond with reinforcing bars under the centrifuge force. After sealed and cured, the concrete poles are formed.
