2 Features of Concrete Pipe Mold

Concrete spins with high speed and causes centrifugal acceleration. Under the centrifuge, the materials are gathered to press on the inner surface and then extra moisture and air are removed from the concrete, the compacting surface gaining higher strength. The machine can be operated easily, safely and conveniently with the advantages of good performance, higher pass-rate of production and standard pipe making.

The mix proportion of concrete is generally 1:2:3 or 1:1:3(cement:sand:stone), may be adjusted accordingly.

Cold drawn low carbon steel wire or hot-rolled low carbon steel strip can be chosen for reinforcing steel of which diameter will not less than 3mm. The reinforcement skeleton frame can be bound manually, and its toroidal bar space is no more than 150mm, no more than 3 times of the pipe wall; the number of longitudinal bar is no less than six, the space will not more than 300. By changing the mould, the bell and spigot, plain top reinforcement concrete pipe can be produced with the inner diameter 200-1000mm and the length 2000-4000 and its structure, dimension and every mechanical index can meet the national requirements. They are used widely in highway culvert, municipal drainage, deep well, distant water delivery. Every machine needs 6-8 persons and it can produces 3 pieces per hour. The special specification can be customized according to customers'requirements.
